Annual citywide retail festival launched in 1996; features sales of 25–75% off, fireworks, drone shows, live concerts, and mega raffles. Organized by Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment.
Dubai Miracle Garden (Late September – April/May (2025–2026 season: September 29, 2025 – April 30, 2026)). World's largest natural flower garden; opens seasonally during cooler months and closes for summer heat. Features over 150 million flowers in sculpted displays.
Dubai Airshow (November, biennial odd years (2025 edition: November 17–21, 2025)). One of the world's largest international airshows; held at Dubai World Central (DWC). Biennial event (every two years) featuring 1,500+ exhibitors and 200+ aircraft.
Dubai International Film Festival (DIFF) (December (founded 2004; traditionally held early December)). Leading film festival in the Middle East, Africa and Asia; founded 2004 to support Arab cinema and international exchange. First edition ran December 6–11, 2004.
New Year's Eve at Burj Khalifa (December 31 (annual)). Annual pyrotechnics and LED spectacle at the Burj Khalifa organized by Emaar; draws hundreds of thousands of on-site spectators. Dubai set Guinness fireworks records in 2014 and 2018 at this event.
